Executive Summary

Teenage pregnancy is increasing every year. It is a problem that comes with serious consequences, and therefore it is a problem that needs to be overcome with immediacy.
Recent studies have reported higher correlation of teenage pregnancy in relation to a number of self-reports of sexual behavior, i.e. early sexual initiation, increasing number of partners and non-use of contraceptives. Czech Republic is currently ranks as the eleventh country in terms of teenage pregnancy. On average every year approximately 6,000 births result from teenage pregnancy.
Therefore, as a solution to the present issue, a campaign fighting the problem needs to be launched.
